How do I change my address?
Log in to your account anytime to update your address, billing, or shipping details. Just click Edit and make your changes. Easy-peasy!

How much is shipping?
Shipping via express courier is free for orders over RM30.
For orders below RM30, a flat shipping fee of RM6.00 applies.
We ship within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
However, shipping fees and delivery times to East Malaysia may vary depending on our logistics partners.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia.
We’re working on expanding internationally soon—stay tuned!
How soon will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
So hang tight—your goodies will be with you soon!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Just click the link in the email to track your delivery right to your doorstep!
Help, my address is wrong! What do I do?
If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
If it’s already on its way, don’t worry—packages with invalid addresses usually bounce back to us.
We’ll notify you once we receive it and arrange a resend.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible at edelweiss@plushera.com.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes.
My order arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
If any of the products arrive damaged or defective, please email us with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and its packaging

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes—your payment details are safe.
We process all payments through a secure, third-party platform.
Only the last four digits of your card are stored for reference; your CVV and expiry date are never saved.
Your data (and your periods) are safe with us!
Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Not at the moment—but we’re working on adding this option soon!
